House Policies Dear Guests, Please respect our house rules in the common interest.
1. No party allowed.
2. The guests should behave in such a way that their roommates are not disturbed by noise, listening to music, making music or the like, that avoidable noise in the apartment, in the house, in the courtyard and especially on the terrace is avoided.
3. Special consideration is required between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. During the rest periods, radios, televisions and others are to be used at room volume
4. Smoking is only outside on the balcony or garden allowed
